Russell Alexander is the founder of Russell Alexander Family Lawyers and is the firm’s senior partner. In addition to helping his own clients with separation, divorce, custody and support issues, Russell oversees the operations of all five of the firm’s offices, supervises the firm’s clerks, and collaborates frequently with the firm’s associate lawyers and their own clients.
As a family law practitioner for nearly twenty years, Russell draws upon a tremendous depth of knowledge and expertise when serving his clients in all aspects of family law. He helps clients cope with the separation and divorce, the division of assets such as homes and pensions, and the calculation and enforcement of child and spousal support. Russell crafts creative solutions unique to each client to enable them and their families to move forward with their lives.
Russell obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto and his law Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School. He founded Russell Alexander Family Lawyers in 1998, following his admission to practice law. The firm’s first location was opened in Lindsay, Ontario in 1998, followed by the Brooklin office in 2006 and the Markham office in 2010.
