I have been a licensed attorney since November 1994. My practice has been a long and winding road. I have a lot of stories to tell. As it turns out, what I most enjoy is representing those who have been hurt – physically, emotionally, financially, and otherwise – by others’ negligence or recklessness.
New clients come and tell me about their head injuries from truck accidents, broken bones from slip and fall incidents, and burns from dangerous product. My clients have had to deal with all sorts of physical injuries. Every one of them has experienced pain and suffering because that’s what happens when a person’s body is hurt. They have all had to deal with some degree of mental anguish or emotional distress because, again, it is a natural consequence of being a victim.
Contrary to the naysayers, my clients injuries are absolutely and emphatically real. And their right to be made whole is a fundamental principle of law in every jurisdiction I have ever heard about. I refuse to let the for-profit corporate propogandists of big insurance win the war or the battles.
I love the fight. I love winning. And I love my clients.
