Dont use the negligent, lazy attorney Bob Allen. Didnt collect even one piece of admissible evidence, is an embarassment during trial, sent me 30 pages of another clients information including ssn, phone number doctor and medical records. Neglected to subpoena information. Didnt know facts of case even one night before trial. Shared my case with unauthorized party to obtain info which would allow me to settle then never told me about the information..shady and lazy. Ended up in a far worse financial situation than I was to start despite it being the easiest case on gods green earth. If youd like to sit in the office and watch him drink bourbon and brag about what a great skier or kayaker he is while showing you videos, have at it. But if you want competent representation , go elsewhere. Dont assume he will represent you well bc you are a friend or fellow kayaker; I dont speak to that many people and know of 3 people he has completely screwed in the kayaking community. Bob Allen is out for himself and will screw anyone he can to take care of his wallet.
