Elzara Akhmedov, Esq. is an admitted attorney in the state of Maryland and in the U.S. Tax Court. She is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association.
Elzara Akhmedov, Esq. has a comprehensive experience in the areas of immigration law; tax law, and business law. Her experience includes representing taxpayers with federal and state income tax controversies and assisting clients with various business transactional matters, including preparing and filing articles of incorporation, operating agreements, informal action by directors and stockholders, articles of dissolution, and other documents for organizing, merging, and/or dissolving a corporation, and other transactional documents.
Elzara also is experienced in representing clients in immigration matters. She is highly knowledgeable of the family-based and employment-based visa processes and proficiently prepares and submits immigration applications to the USCIS, DOL and DOS..
Elzara is fluent in the Spanish, Russian and Turkish languages.
