Q How much is your fee?

Fee depends on case and court. However, Yako Law guarantees a reasonable rate.

Q What does your law firm guarantee?

Yako Law guarantees to vigorously represent you in your case. Anything less of a reduction or dismissal is unacceptable for your law firm. However, no attorney can guarantee an outcome of a case. If any say so, they are lying or implying unethical behavior.

Q Can I throw my photo radar ticket away?

No. You can ignore the ticket until you are personally served. If you are served, you should contact Yako Law to fight the infraction.

Q Am I eligible for defensive driving school? Are CDL holders eligble?

You are eligible to attend Defensive Driving School only once a year. If you have criminal speeding ticket, you are not eligible unless a judge approves. CDL holders are no eligible for Defensive Driving School which makes it imperative to hire an attorney.

Q Do I have to appear in court?

Depends. For minor traffic infractions the answer is no. For misdemeanors, you will need to appear if a hearing is scheduled.

Q Can I refuse a sobriety test?

Yes. You do not need to do the legwork for law enforcement. You can politely refuse.

Q Do I have to take a chemical test (breathalyzer, blood, urine) for a DUI?

No but it would not be smart. If you refuse a chemical test such as a breathalyzer or blood and urine sample, your license will be automatically suspended for 1 year. Arizona is a "implied consent" state which means the driver presumes the testing if pulled over for a DUI. If you have been drinking and are charged with a DUI, the best decision to make is to call Yako Law at (480) 426-8200 to reduce or possibly dismiss the violation.

Alden has gotten me out of about 2 or 3 speeding tickets now. (I can’t even keep track). I don’t even worry. He does his job so well I just call him, and don’t think about it. Thanks Alden, you seem too good to be true when I tell people about you.
